SOLUTION: The pockets 2 are provided on the back face side of four corner parts and the peripheral part of the sheet 1 of various kinds, and the pebbles, gravel, sand or soil existing near the installation place of the sheet of various kinds, the mat, or the tent, or the PET bottle, the beverage can of canned juice or the like, the bottle, or the other appropriate objects 3 serving as the weight are put in each pocket 2 to form the anchor A for preventing the sheet, mat or tent 1 from being turned up or blown away because of being fanned by the wind.
