PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low power RF receiver with low power consumption. SOLUTION: This low power RF receiver 1 is provided with an antenna 2, a unit 3 receiving and reshaping an RF signal from the antenna, a twelve channel correlation stage 7 receiving an intermediate signal IF reshaped at the receiving/reshaping stage 3, and a microprocessor 12 connected to the correlation stage and calculating data of X, Y, and Z positions, speed, and time as functions of data derived from the RF signal sent from a satellite, for example a GPS signal. Each channel is provided with a correlation apparatus 8 attached with a controller 9 and also a digital processing algorithm. When a channel 7' is in an operating state, every synchronous task which should be automatically executed for picking up and tracking the satellite is executed to automatically track the satellite. |
