PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement distributing system for improving advertisement efficiency and avoiding the wasteful use of a communication channel. SOLUTION: Advertisement information given from an advertiser 10 is transmitted to a portable terminal 40 from an advertisement distributing system 20 through a network NW and a base station 30 with an electronic mail. The portable terminal 40 transmitting an advertisement is decided by appropriate selection. When the user of the portable terminal 40 gives an answer showing that he or she views the advertisement as the result of the transmission of the advertisement, an advertisement distributing system 20 transmits questionnaire request information if a questionnaire is set. The user of the portable terminal 40 can return a questionnaire result to the advertisement distributing system 20. The advertisement distributing system 20 sets a service point which can be cashed as a benefit for the possessor of the portable terminal 40 in accordance with the return result of the advertisement and a questionnaire performing result. |
