PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a frame transmission during sending must be stopped when a new frame is intended to be sent when a new frame transmission request exists in the frame transmission and the stopped frame must be retransmitted from the first. SOLUTION: A frame multiplexing system comprises a frame sending unit 8, a multiplexing managing unit 9, a flag generator 10 and a 0 inserting unit 11 when transmitted. The system comprises a frame receiver 12, a multiplexing managing unit 13, a flag detector 14 and a 0 deleting unit 15 when received. When the new frame is multiplexed during the frame transmission, the new frame is sandwiched between flags 3 and 5 shorter than the flag (frame starting flag 1 and frame ending flag 7) for sandwiching the frame during transmission.
