PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that a work period from the acquisition of data for control to the control of a transmitting axis becomes lengthy and that observation data can not be acquired during the period in the case of performing control by remote operation from the ground in the control of the transmitting axis of a laser radar installed on an artificial satellite. SOLUTION: By providing both a memory for temporarily storing data acquired by the scanning of the transmitting axis and a maximum value detecting circuit with the function of detecting a maximum value among the stored data and outputting a command for resetting the transmitting axis on a board the control of the transmitting axis is automatically performed.
