PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curtain wall enabling a reliable reduction in cost by achieving commonality of members whereon facing materials are mounted even in the case of the presence of the facing material mounted by mean of an intermediate member such as a frame and the facing material mounted without using the intermediate member. SOLUTION: Mounting parts 114, 124 and 154 installed in the upper and lower frames 11 and 12 and horizontal center frame 15 of a frame body 10 are used for both the mounting of a seal member 18 for a glass plate 16 and that of a frame-shaped frame. Consequently, the shapes of the cross sections of the frames 11, 12 and 15 can be made appropriate for both the mounting of the glass plate 16 and that of an aluminum panel, a stone unit, etc., through the frame, and the commonality of the members and molds permits the cost to be reduced.
