PURPOSE: A process of preparing seaweed soup by mixing seaweed(miyeok guk, Korean native name), minced beef and rice flour and then canning is provided. Whereby, the seaweed soup is useful as a ready-to-eat food product. CONSTITUTION: Processed seaweed is washed, cut and mixed. And 20g minced beef, 450cc rice flour water and 20g ground seaweed are boiled and then canned, followed by heat sterilizing. |
