The interface comprises a plate (6,7) having an upper platform with a mounting zone in its upper surface for a boot retaining element. In its lower part is a base (10,11) which is assembled to the ski. The platform and base are a monobloc unit and they are connected by a reduced section deformable zone (12,13).
