PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture separating heater wherein separation efficiency of moisture is improved. SOLUTION: A title heater comprises: a trunk 1, a manifold 7 provided in the trunk and supplied with vapor containing moisture therein; a plurality of blow-off outlets 7a formed in the manifold for flowing the foregoing vapor to the outside of the manifold; a moisture separation element 8 provided in the foregoing trunk for separating the foregoing moisture contained in the vapor from the vapor flowing out from the plurality of the blow-off outlets; and a plurality of protrusions 17 each provided in the manifold for serving as resistance against the flow of the vapor. The foregoing plurality of the protrusions are provided to control flow rate of the vapor when the vapor flows out from the plurality of the blow-off outlets with the aid of the function ass the foregoing resistance such that the flow rate of the vapor at the position of the moisture separation element is uniformized.
