PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contents distribution system which can reduce the load on a server and register a proper retrieval page for distributed contents on a server. SOLUTION: This system provided with a distributing server 12 which distributes contents through a network and an information providing server 11 which provides the retrieval page for contents is equipped with a terminal device 13 for contents registration which registers contents on the distributing server and terminal devices 15 and 17 for retrieval page registration which generates the retrieval page for contents and registers the retrieval page on the information providing server after confirming its operation. The retrieval page before being registered on the server has its trouble corrected by confirming whether or not there is a wrong link, update at future time, etc. The retrieval page which is nondefective is registered on the server, so the stability of the operation of the server is improved. |
