MUSICAL PIECE RETRIEVAL DEVICE AND THE MUSICAL PIECE SEARCH METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a musical piece retrieval device and a musical piece search method with which a desired musical piece can be retrieved even when a user does not know information on the musical piece. SOLUTION: The musical piece retrieval device has a musical piece information database in which various kinds of musical piece information is stored by being associated with a musical piece ID. Musical piece information includes lyric word information in which a lyric is decomposed into words. When a word included in a lyric is inputted as a retrieval condition, a musical piece ID having this as lyric word information is extracted.
