摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility maintenance system which can quantitatively grasp the portions requiring maintenance work and carry out optimum designing and maintenance work as for the maintenance management of plant facilities. SOLUTION: This optimization system for plant facility maintenance comprises a specific process for all facility maintenance portions, a planning process for the maintenance, and an implementation process for preventive maintenance and post-maintenance. The system is equipped with (1) a means which analyzes material deterioration, corrosion trends, etc., by high-level technology as to secular changes of plant equipment materials, quantitatively evaluates them, and also quantitatively evaluates a fault of operating equipment through function fault mode influence analysis, (2) a means which quantitatively specifies maintenance portions according to the quantitative evaluation, and (3) a means which sets the occurrence frequency of a fault and the degree of influence of the fault by using an influence degree evaluating method and evaluates (frequency*influence degree) as a risk.
