PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device for mainly charging respective battery modules having low voltage and charging the respective battery modules equivalently, after the voltages of the respective battery modules have become uniform with a simple configuration, and to provide a storage battery for avoiding excessive charging of the battery modules that have reached full charging, if there are differences in individual conditions for reaching full charging between the respective battery modules. SOLUTION: In this device, which includes a plurality of battery modules formed by connecting more than one battery storages in series for charging and discharging the battery modules, a flyback transformer and a diode are provided for the battery modules respectively, secondary windings of the flyback transformer are connected to the positive and negative electrodes of the battery modules via the diode, and respective primary windings of the flyback transformer are connected in parallel with both ends of a circuit where a switching device and a DC power supply are connected in series. |
