PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch integrated type pulley realizing an idle stop by having a clutch and a space saving structure, and improving the durability and reliability of the clutch and the pulley. SOLUTION: A torque of a crankshaft (boss portion) 1 is transmitted to the pulley 9 via an elastic cylinder part 10 and clutches 111-113 in a diametrical inside of the pulley 9, and the pulley 9 is fixed to a cylinder block 7 via a stationary cylinder part 5 so as to prevent the crankshaft 1 from largely vibrating the pulley 9, whose rigidity is lowered.
