PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electric insulation material made of polyurethane resin which is easy to decompose, and excellent in mechanical property of electric insulation, flexibility, or the like. SOLUTION: The electric insulation material is made of a polyurethane gel containing specific volume of specific constitutive unit whose hardness is 30 or less (in conformity to Asker C), and tear strength is 0.5 MPa or less (in conformity to JIS K 6251).
