PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a temperature detecting means of low heat radiation quantity, low heat capacity and quick responsiveness in the temperature detecting means 107 of the type using conductive members 3 and to provide a heat-fixing device and an image forming device of high quality, high reliability and low power consumption. SOLUTION: The conductive members 3 provided for welding a lead 1b of an element 1a and harness are insert-molded in resin to constitute the conductive members not to be exposed to the outside except the minimum range parts 3a, 3b necessary for welding.
