PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition which exhibits sufficient adhesive performance to an adherend having a roughened surface, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or film using the same. SOLUTION: The acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is obtained by incorporating a rosin based tackifying resin into an acrylic copolymer to be obtained by copolymerizing (a) an alkyl (meth)acrylate, (b) an olefin based (co)polymer whose terminal has been modified with a radically polymerizable unsaturated double bond, and (c) a polymer whose terminal has been modified with a radically polymerizable unsaturated double bond.
