PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip structure for extracting an electric signal acquiring a measured result of excellent accuracy and stability since an object is positively gripped by a grip part. SOLUTION: This clip structure 1 for extracting the electric signal is so constituted that when a pair of elastic wire material 4 with grip parts 6 formed at the front ends by opposed bending are inserted through a cylindrical member 2 and advanced, the grip parts 6 open to receive and object while being closed to grip the object when retreating the elastic wire material 4. The cylindrical member 2 of the clip structure 1 is formed of a conductive material and has a signal takeoff line 3 connected to the outside. A pair of elastic wire material 4 with the bends 4a of the grip part 6 higher than the diameter of an inner hole is inserted in the inner hole from the front side and pulled out to the rear side. A passive member 9 of in-and-out operation is fastened to the rear end, and a mounting member 8 to a base member 7 is fastened to the cylindrical member 2.
