RANGE FINDER, THREE-DIMENSIONAL MEASURING METHOD AND LIGHT SOURCE APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A range finder, a three-dimensional measuring method and a light source device are provided to perform three-dimensional measurement stably by generating the light pattern conveniently. CONSTITUTION: A light pattern is projected on a subject by using a light source array unit(11) in which plural light sources, such as LED(Light Emitting Diodes), are arranged. Even when each LED has the small light quantity, the sufficiently large quantity of light is projected on the subject by the entire light source array unit. Therefore, the three-dimensional measurement is stably carried out. Plural light patterns are generated by electrically controlling the light emitting state of each LED of the light source array unit. The range finder performs three-dimensional measurement stably for a long time.
