PURPOSE: A vehicle brake pedal assembly having a buffering structure is provided to prevent a driver from being wounded by a brake pedal assembly coming into a vehicle room in case of a collision of a front part of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle brake pedal assembly(1) includes a buffering structure for absorbing impact transmitted from an upper dash panel in case of a collision at a front part of a vehicle. In the buffering structure, parts(6a,6b) mounted to the upper dash panel of a master cylinder bracket(2) and a part where a master cylinder is mounted in the master cylinder bracket are eccentric with each other by 25mm.
