The system comprises an electrolysis chamber (A) , a detachable sparking plug (B) at the base, a water level detector (N) at the top of the vessel, a system for progressive distribution of sodium hydroxide and water, a gas mixer (M) of the hydrogen/oxygen produced coupled with a pump (Pg), which directs the mixture to the engine and a system for recovery and recycling of the exhaust vapors.
