PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly in which a rack contains a guide used to guide a pipette to a plurality of gel tubes and which supports the plurality of gel tubes for electrophoretic isolation. SOLUTION: The assembly is provided with a tank 16, the rack 104 and the plurality of gel tubes 16. The rack 104 is arranged inside the tank 16 so as to be detachable, and it is provided with the upper end, the lower end, a chamber which is formed at the upper end so as to contain a second buffer solution and at least two spaced pins. The chamber is provided with the top wall and the bottom wall. The top wall and the bottom wall are provided with a plurality of openings arranged in a row by keeping intervals. At least the two spaced pins supplement the opening in the sidewall of the tank 16, and they are oriented in prescribed positions inside the tank 16. The plurality of gel tubes 106 are provided with first ends received in the respective openings in the bottom wall of the chamber. |
