PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit various signals constituting an information signal on a condition that various required qualities can be fulfilled. SOLUTION: In a radio transmitting station 1A, an information signal to be transmitted is divided into n (n is an integer which is 2 or more) pieces of information signals by a serial/parallel converting circuit 1-2, and the respective divided information signals are respectively multiplied by (n) kinds of different spread codes by spread spectrum circuits 1-3-1-1-3-n. Then, the transmission powers of the (n) pieces of spread spectrum signals are adjusted by transmission power control circuits 1-4-1-1-4-n, and the respective signals whose transmission power are adjusted are put together by a combination circuit 1-5, and the total signal is transmitted as a radio signal having the same frequency band by a transmitter 1-6.
