PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce deterioration in sound quality due to the transmission of the plural kinds of packets for different kinds of networks to the same media converting device. SOLUTION: This media conversion controller is provided with a function for selecting a media converting device and an in-media converting device line to be used according to the kind (voice and video or the like) of a media, so that it is possible to prevent a large-sized packet such as a picture from intruding between voice packets, and to reduce the deterioration of sound quality.
