PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique capable of referring to the contents of the same document between different devices (users) and reducing the operation burden of user. SOLUTION: A file is generated so as to be provided with a data processing part for generating a data part from inputted source data and defining the data part deployed corresponding to an executing instruction as a processing target and an updating part for updating the contents of the file while using various data containing the data part and data modified by the deployed data processing part.
