PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interphone device for multiple-dwelling house capable of issuing an alarm to the range of residences obligated by law, in a manner matching with the arrangement of the residences. SOLUTION: The interphone device 100 for multiple-dwelling house includes a fire sensor 110 and a residence terminal 120 which are installed in each residence; an automatic fire alarm 130 which inputs an automatic fire alarm indication signal to each residence terminal 120 via an automatic fire alarm line 140; and a central control device 160 which selects a specific area according to the residence terminal 120 from which a signal indicating the occurrence of a fire has been input, and which then inputs area-based alarm indication signals via an interphone line 150 to other residence terminals 120 present in the selected area. With the input of the area-based alarm indication signal, each residence terminal 120 generates an area-based alarm message. If only the automatic fire alarm indication signal is input, each residence terminal generates an automatic fire alarm message.
