摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a manufacturing method for a diffusion layer of a fuel cell capable of enhancing the anti-creeping characteristic of diffusion layer. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the diffusion layer of fuel cell consists of two processes; the first is to impregnate the base material in the form of a woven cloth with a resin binder and the second to carbonize the base material impregnated with the binder. Also the manufacturing method consists of a first process to subject the base material in the form of woven cloth to a carbonization treatment, a second process to impregnate the carbonized base material with a conductive resin or a resin, and a third process to harden the conductive resin or resin. The manufacturing method consists of a first process to give a shearing force to a paste consisting at least of carbon and resin, a second process to coat the base material with the paste given a shearing force, and a third process to bake the base material coated with the paste.
