PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for monitoring service agreement coverage of biomedical equipment in medical institution. SOLUTION: In order to perform analysis or report, biomedical equipment inventory data (114) of a medical institution (12) are collected and stored in central databases (36 and 60). The data contain the identifiers of inventory items and departments (38, 40 and 42), sites (30, 32 and 34), groups (26 and 28), producers and the other information related to respective components (C1 and C2) are referred to. By referring to a written contract service agreement or similar written service agreement, a letter of guarantee and a written signed agreement or the like, the detailed analysis of the service agreement coverage can be performed. By classifying the data into equipment type, department, site, group, production, service provider and service end or the like, this agreement coverage can be analyzed (164) and reported (168). |
