PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for inserting a part where, independent of relationship with the insert position of a wire part, a wire insert process and a wire feeding process are carried out simultaneously at all times. SOLUTION: A wire 12 is delivered by swinging much a guide nozzle 16 of a line feeding part 3 so that a wire insert part 4 does not interfere with the wire 12 which is fed independent of a rotational position for inserting by the wire insert part 4. Here, a part of the wire 12 under feed is deformed by bending. The deformation amount is preferred to be within an elastic deformation. However, the wire 12 is bent up to a plastic deformation region if it is required for avoiding interference. If the plastic deformation amount is small, the wire 12 is used as it is. If it is at such a level as to badly affect later process and function, a strainer 33 is used to cancel the deformation. By providing the wire insert part 4 to a prescribed position relative to a feed reference line 31, the degree in bending of the wire 12 is reduced. |
