摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing liquid crystal display device capable of obtaining a super high precision display with high display luminance and with high quality, in relation to the method of manufacturing a liquid crystal display device equipped with thin film transistors. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the liquid crystal display device to form a storage capacitor, constructed by sandwiching a dielectric layer 7 between storage capacitor wiring 6 and a pixel electrode 28, on a transparent glass substrate 2, the method is constructed so as to have a step to continuously film-form a metal layer and a dielectric forming layer on the full surface, a step to pattern the metal layer and the dielectric forming layer in a nearly same shape to form the storage capacitor wiring 6 and the dielectric layer 7 and a step to form the pixel electrode 28 while directly connecting to the dielectric layer 7.</p>
