PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic rotary machine which can prevent deformation and breakage of a molded rotor magnet of PAM(Para-Axial-Motor). SOLUTION: This electromagnetic rotary machine comprises a bearing member to rotatably support a rotating shaft, a circuit substrate and a fixed yoke coupled and fixed to the bearing, a coil member provided to a fixed yoke, an internal yoke and an external yoke disposed in plural numbers in the point- symmetrical manner around the rotating shaft and provided opposed to each other, keeping a gap in the direction of rotating shaft and a rotor magnet which is coupled and fixed to the rotating shaft via a flange, having a cylindrical portion entering into the gap which is extended in the rotary shaft direction and integrally rotate together with the rotating shaft. A cylindrical metal member is inserted into the internal side of the cylindrical portion entering into the gap extending in the rotating shaft direction, formed by the internal yoke and external yoke of the rotor magnet.
