PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vent hole window capable of facilitating the inspection, cleaning, extermination of noxious insects, etc., in an under floor and, at the same time, utilizing a space in the under floor. SOLUTION: An outside frame 6 provided along the edge of a vent hole and a screen door 7 having the vent hole capable of being opened and shut to the outside frame 6 are provided to the outside of a foundation. A rail 8 having an approximately U-shaped section opened toward an opening section 6a side along other three sides except one side at the opening section 6a is laid on the outside of the outside frame 6. A sealing compound is provided to the inside of the rail 8 over the overall length thereof. A groove from the upper side to the rail on the lower side is formed in the side on which the ral 8 of the opening section 6a is not laid, and the sealing compound is provided to the inside of the groove over the overall length. The screen door 7 is formed in an approximately square shape and is constituted of an inside frame 11 capable of holding an upper side, one side and a lower side of the circumferential edge on the rail 8 of the outside frame 6 and net 12 stretched on an opening section 11a formed inside of the inside frame 11.
