PURPOSE: A debit type bankbook system is provided to make a purchasing expense and location record to a deposit account bankbook and the recognize a user without a credit card or debit card by using a fingerprint recognition. CONSTITUTION: The system makes a payment price by connecting an interface module with a transaction price payment device(240) installed respective affiliating stores and an electronic calculation network of financial organization used by the user. The payment of transaction price is printed to a bankbook of user and the bankbook include a fingerprint indication part and a registering part including a using date recording box, a history recording box, an amount recording box and a remainder recording box. The transaction price payment device is equipped with a recognition tool recognizing the fingerprint part of bankbook, a printer(310) printing the use date, contents, amount and remainder, an interface module, and an approval confirmation tool(308) confirming an approval of transaction by communicating with the financial organization used by the user.
