The tank is prefabricated and has a mold with injection cavity. A larger cavity is included in one location of the wall surface. Before and/or after introduction of the tank into the mold cavity, fibrous material is placed into it. Thermoset resin is injected, flooding over and/or impregnating the fibrous materials. The tank itself (2), is prefabricated. A mold (6) with injection cavity (9) has dimensions corresponding with those of the wall to be obtained. A larger cavity is included in one location of the wall surface. Before and/or after introduction of the tank into the mold cavity, fibrous material is placed into it. This comprises reinforcement (11, 12) in the space for the tank, and to its side(s). Thermoset resin (15) is injected, flooding over and/or impregnating the fibrous materials. The wall produced, envelops the tank and has a section extending laterally from and surrounding it. An Independent claim is included for a vehicle floor with tank. This comprises opposite fibrous reinforcements impregnated with thermoset resin, enveloping the tank. Further fibrous reinforcement (13) extends to dimensions corresponding with those of the required floor. Preferred features: At least some reinforcements are prefabricated. Before injection, a flexible layer of material is placed in the mold in at least one peripheral zone of the tank. The tank is prefabricated in thermoplastic or elastomeric material. It may also be enveloped in at least one layer of fibrous material supported by a resin. The tank prefabricated may be metallic. In the floor, the first reinforcements comprise a woven fibrous material. The third reinforcement is a nonwoven cloth. The tank has inserts for accessory attachment.
