METHOD OF ESTIMATING DEPENDENCE ON FREQUENCY OF DYNAMIC STORAGE ELASTIC MODULUS AND DYNAMIC LOSS ELASTIC MODULUS FOR MELTED RESIN WITH FOAMING AGENT DISSOLVED THEREIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of estimating a dynamic elasticity/viscoelasticity characteristic of a melted resin with a foaming agent dissolved therein, an estimating device and a recording medium having a recorded estimation program. SOLUTION: The estimation method comprises a process 1 to obtain dependence on frequency of the dynamic storage elastic modulus and the dynamic loss elastic modulus of the melted resin having no foaming agent dissolved therein, a process 2 to obtain a coefficient for indicating changes in free volume of the melted resin as caused by the dissolution of the foaming agent, a process 3 to calculated a dynamic viscoelasticity moving coefficient pertaining to the concentration of the melted resin using the dynamic viscosity of the melted resin with the foaming agent dissolved therein as calculated from the dynamic elastic modulus and the coefficient indicating changes in the free volume and a process 4 to obtain the dependence on the frequency of the dynamic storage electric modulus and the dynamic loss elastic modulus of the melted resin with the foaming agent dissolved therein using the dynamic viscoelasticity moving coefficient calculated in the process 3. This accomplishes the estimation of the dependence on the frequency of the dynamic storage elastic modulus and the dynamic loss elastic modulus of the melted resin with the foaming agent dissolved therein.
