PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an information supplier to contract NDA with an information user by limiting to special information. SOLUTION: In an NDA contract support system, a terminal information supplier terminal 200 operated by the information supplier having information on the object of NDA, an information user terminal 300 operated by the information user referring to information on the object of NDA and a server 100 storing information on the object of NDA and supplying it to the information user are mutually connected through a network 400. The information supplier terminal 200 transmits information on the object of NDA and meta information thereof to the server 100. The server 100 stores received information on the object of NDA and meta information and supplies meta information to the information user terminal 300. |
