PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support adequate maintenance for a structure over its life time in a simple manner. SOLUTION: Data of a plurality of structures 2 are stored and controlled in a data base 8C of a concentrated control section 8 inside the main body 6 of a data processing device at one place, a deterioration analysis of a structure is carried out by using measured information data stored in the data base 8C at an analysis section 9A of a processing section 9 inside the main body 6 of the data processing device, and based on the results of this analysis, an evaluation is performed by considering LCC for renewal method by a renewal section 9B. By referring to this evaluation, the optimum maintenance control renewal work meeting the requirements at that time can be carried out. |
