PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operation speed of a barrel shift circuit. SOLUTION: This circuit is provided with a driving element, which does not perform on/off-control of a switching element in accordance with the level of a control signal given to a control signal line but on/off-controls are performed in accordance with a signal level given to an input signal line. The driving element is set to drive the output signal line. The output signal is driven by the driving element in an on state. Since a drain capacity is not added but only a gate capacity is added, the operation speed can be improved. |
