PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric control valve capable of preventing biting into a valve seat while enabling minute flow regulation by forming an angle of a tapered part of a needle into an acute angle and establishing a valve closing position precisely. SOLUTION: A female screw member 11 in contact with the valve seat 19 when the valve is completely closed holds a needle valve 13 slidably to reduce a load of the needle valve 13 when the valve is completely closed so that biting into the valve seat is prevented while enabling minute flow regulation by forming the angle of the tapered part into the acute angle and matching of a stepping motor is done when the valve is completely closed to establish the valve closing position precisely.
