SOLUTION: A control center 1 and a field terminal 2 provided at every heliport are connected together via a public communications network 5. In the case of an emergent dispatch, the control center 1 collects the latest local information via the network 5 whenever necessary and provides the collected local information to a helicopter 3 by voiced radio communications via a radio communications line 4. |
