PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for authenticating created data and time of document data by continuously generating a random image pattern without correlation with respect to time series every moment that segments columns or rows of pixels being part of the image pattern by a predetermined time width and sequentially pastes the segmented pixels so as to authenticate the reception time of the document data through the collation with the consecutive image pattern. SOLUTION: The created time of a document or data or only a 'memo' having already been adjusted can objectively be authenticated by a 3rd party on the condition that the created time is 'before a reception/storage time of the document data by a computer system' at any time when a user feels the necessity of authentication.
