SOLUTION: The management method and system by interactive computer control for elements of a video sequence 10 where elements 11, 12, 15 are audio, image or contents relating elements, creates operative objects 31, 12+22 for a reproduction platform 30 recording timely operability and having a specific format for the video sequence, supports various reproduction platforms, creates a specific format on the basis of timely operability and a preset parameter for the operation characteristic and places the operative objects at positions on the basis of the preset parameter.
