PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a durable wooden house as well as both resident and house capable of efficiently using the operating effect of charcoal by examining the arrangement of the charcoal, an air duct and an air supply method to fill the whole room with a purified air and being easily and simply constituted at a low cost. SOLUTION: A reinforced concrete footing 22 and an underfloor damper 27 are provided to a footing structure section 2, the charcoal is spread 25 over the whole underfloor surface, a charcoal silter room 211 constituted of a charcoal silty floor surface 28 and a charcoal silter wall surface 29 is provided, an opening 14 supplying an air passing through the charcoal silter room 211 through a fan 210 is provided, an air-duct from a habitable space section 1 and an iside exhaust damper 45 are provided to a roof structure section 4, an air supplied from the footing structure section 2 is led to the habitable space section 1, and an inside air duct exhausted from the roof structure section 4, the underfloor damper 27, the inside exhaust damper 45 and a pressure adjusting means consisting of the fan 210 and holding air pressure of the habitable space section 1 in high pressure against the outside are included.
