PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone terminal with a picture transmitting function capable of informing the other party of the reception electric field intensity state of its own station and the generation of a speech quality alarm with a picture. SOLUTION: A control part 101 displays reception electric field intensity at a display part 105 according to an electric intensity information signal from a radio communicating function part 103, and adds the electric field intensity display picture to a picture photographed by an image pickup part 104, and transmits it as a transmission picture during picture speech. Moreover, when a speech quality alarm is generated due to the deterioration of line quality, the control part 101 adds or substitutes an alarm picture in a memory 102 to or for the picture photographed by the image pickup part 104, and transmits it as a transmission picture. |
