PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive planographic printing plate with a matte layer which achieves the vacuum contact of a film original and a photosensitive layer in a short time, has good adhesiveness of the photosensitive layer to the matte layer, ensures good adhesion of the film original to the photosensitive layer and is excellent in tone reproducibility of an image. SOLUTION: The photosensitive planographic printing plate is obtained by preparing a photosensitive planographic printing plate with a photosensitive layer on the base and disposing a matte layer containing (i) a water-soluble or water-dispersible resin and (ii) at least one polyalkylene oxide-containing compound on the surface of the photosensitive layer. |
