SOLUTION: The circuit board is provided with a radiator plate 1 of a metal, and a lead frame 3 mounted on the radiator plate 1 via an insulating layer 2. An insulating terminal block 4 is fixed to the radiator plate and to the fixed part 6 of the terminal block 4, a connecting part 3a of the lead frame 3 and a connecting part of 7a of a circuit body 7 connected electrically to the connecting part 3a are set polymerized, and the part thus polymerized is fixed 8 to the fixed part 6 of the terminal block directly or indirectly with a screw.</p> |
