PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting device without generating damage by spacers when connecting structural parts. SOLUTION: This device is for connecting structural parts 10 and 12. The device includes base parts 16 and 116 arranged on the one structural part 10, spacers 18 and 118 which are threadedly engaged to the base parts 16 and 116 and are supported by the other structural parts 12 at one end and a connecting screw 20 inserted by friction engagement through the spacers 18 and 118. The spacers 18 and 118 are surrounded by more flexible materials, preferably, jackets 32 and 126 made of plastic. The jacket 32 and 126 are flush with a front surface of the spacer 118 or a front surface of a harder core 30 of the spacer 118 or projected from the front surfaces when at least an axial dimension combining the spacers 18 and 118 and the base parts 16 and 116 is minimum. |
