PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic mask film aligning device for a printed board which can easily execute an alignment coupling of the photosensitive ink-coated printed board with a mask film. SOLUTION: In an automatic mask film aligning device 100 for a printed board, a mask film fixing board 11 and pads 15 are arranged in a mask film holding mechanism 10. A control unit controls the mechanism 10 to make a mask film 20 to be vacuum-suckled to the fixing board 11 in a plane shape, and makes the film 20 face the printed board 40 in parallel to each other with an interval between the film 20 and the board 40 to perform an alignment of the film 20 with the board 40. Moreover, the control unit makes the film 20 abut on the board 40 in a state that the film 20 is made to align with the board 40, makes an adhesive tape TP pasted on a tape spot SS of the film 20 press on the board 40 by the pads 15, and makes the film 20 and the board 40 automatically bond together by the tape TP.
