PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a heat sink which enables application to pipe of smaller diameter and one whose sectional shape is not a circle, and to manufacture a lot of heat sinks in a matter of minutes, while making the best use of in Publication Publication Number 2000-42667. SOLUTION: A pipe 2 is made to penetrate into a through-hole for a pipe, which is dug in a metal plate 1. Then, the diameter of pipe 2 is increased from the inside, to fix a metal plate 1 by pressing air or the liquid within the pipe 2.
