摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage-current conversion circuit in which the linearity in range of the input voltage-output current characteristic is large, and to provide a phase synchronizing circuit capable of efficiently carrying out a phase synchronizing operation even if a frequency control current from a built-in voltage-current conversion circuit is near the limit. SOLUTION: A voltage-current conversion circuit contains a differential pair between a first transistor which supplies an input voltage to a control end, and a second transistor which supplies a bias voltage to the control end, and has a different size of the first and second transistors. A phase synchronizing circuit contains a voltage control oscillator in which the voltage-current conversion circuit is cascade-connected to a current control oscillator, and the voltage-current conversion circuit of the present invention is applied thereto as the voltage-current conversion circuit.
